ISO 22000 HACCP Food Safety Management System

HACCPFood safety is the absolute right and right of every individual. The globally adopted HACCP principles are gathered under ISO 22000 standards. HACCP is the sum of food safety principles.

ISO 22000, an indispensable part of our food production, is an application deserved by modern people. These principles are fully compatible with our cold air and packaging facilities, which are far above the Turkish standards of the future and environment.

We aim with HACCP:

  • Ensuring reliable food production and reaching customers by preventing potential hazards,
  • Reduction of product losses,
  • Cost reduction,
  • Implementation of an effective auto-control system and
  • Process management in product processing and supply.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Quality is the degree to which the characteristics of a product or service meet specified or potential needs. ISO 9001 is all about the ability of a product or service to meet specified needs. Our ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System principles, which overlap with our values, have been continuously developed and implemented in our companies. Our companies have been established with the consciousness of being a brand. Total Quality Management is being implemented to ensure the satisfaction of all our stakeholders. We are practicing TQM (Total Quality Management) developed by Henry Ford in 1926 with amateur spirit and professionally.

Traceability

The most important ring of HACCP constitutes a traceable production and storage system at every stage. Documentation and product monitoring in our work are subject to ISO 22000 rules. Our production and storage areas are under 24 hours camera and alternative temperature control system. In our Cold Chambers the temperature control system is governed by the openness policy. In heat control, all relevant stakeholders have the possibility of on-site or remote intervention. It is supported by graphical data. Our temperature control and automation system, the world's leading brand in the field, is German Testo EN 12830 Food Safety certified temperature recorders.

EU Standards

Our goal is to implement the building in excess of European Standards. In order to achieve this, necessary trainings have been taken and documented.

EU Occupational Health and Safety Certificate

Our Fruit and Vegetable Packing and Storage Facilities are certified by the Ministry of Agriculture to show compliance with EU standards on business security. Occupational Health and Safety, implemented in the European Union in 1980, was accepted in 2013 in our country. With the gentleman agreement we made with the ILO (International Labor Organization) in 2009, our Group companies are in compliance with the laws of the countries where we work with Occupational Health and Safety. We are one of the first establishments to implement in Turkey.

EU Public Health and Food Hygiene Certificate

Our facilities are documented to demonstrate compliance with EU standards on public health and food hygiene of the Ministry of Agriculture. In our companies, the application of ISO 22000 and HACCP rules is continuous and open discipline required by our quality and brand. Each unit is obliged to obey. Abuse is unacceptable. We are implementing ISO 22000 together with the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock's EU Public Health and Food Hygiene Certificate to prevent the performance degradation in our exports.

EU Environmental Protection Certificate

Our Facilities, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock is a document which shows the compatibility of EU Regulations on the protection of the environment. The Green Logistics and Environmentalist practice, which is among our values, is in full compliance with the European Union's Environmental Protection Principles.
